Sidewalk isolation facility
1．人行道隔离设施是设置在人行道外边缘，起保护行人在人行道上有秩序地活动，并有防止行人任意步入和横穿车行道的作用。
1. Pedestrian isolation facilities are set on the outside edge of the sidewalk to protect pedestrians from orderly activities on the sidewalk and to prevent pedestrians from entering and crossing the sidewalk at will.
2．人行道隔离设施的形式主要是绿化分隔带和人行道护栏。在市区范围内，人行道宽度大于2.5m时，优先选取的形式依次为绿化分隔带、人行道护栏，当人行道宽度不大于2.5m时，人行道隔离设施应选择设置人行道护栏。

（4）停车场（库）和大、中型单位与道路相连的出入口局部路段。

6．人行道隔离设施开口是提供车辆和行人遵照规定通行的通道口，应根据交通管理需要在确保安全情况下进行设置。

7．设置人行道隔离护栏遇障碍物，如消防拴、邮箱和电杆等，应采取避让原则，或者将护栏开口与障碍物进行结合，在不影响障碍物功能的前提下，保持护栏的连续性、美观性。
